Google has announced its new Android version, Android 4.4 KitKat. KitKat is truly a smart and powerful version of Android version which has many new features compared to its predecessors. Being the one and only competitor to Apple, Google has made sure that its new OS has more capabilities than new iOS7. It has improved performance and features to its new operating system. Quick Access to Voice Search: (Ok Google)
Usually in any mobile OS, we need to go and launch voice app to control the things by voice commands. But in KitKat, you don’t have to open any voice apps using touch pad. Yes this is an amazing feature, just say ‘Ok Google’ to launch your voice search, send a text, get directions or even play a song.
Full Screen while playing music:
If you are an Android user, you might have observed that your lock screen wall will appear while playing music. But in KitKat 4.4, while listening to movies or projecting movies, you can see a full-screen album and movie art when your device is locked. So that play/pause even if your screen is locked.
Immerse mode:
Reading a book or watching a movie or playing a game in immerse mode, lets other things hide except what you want see. You just need to swipe the edge of the screen to go back to usual mode.
Smart Caller ID:
Whenever you receives a call from a number which is not in your contact list, your phone will try to match with the local listing of businesses using Google maps.
Future Calling:
This new app in KitKat 4.4 automatically prioritizes your contacts based on the people to talk to the most.
Hangout App – Improved messaging UI:
The messaging app has little improvements to it, where in all your messages will be stored in a same app, let it be a SMS, MMS, conversations or hangouts. Along with it, you can even share location and even send gif animated pics.
Print everywhere: 
You can print any documents if you have connected Google cloud print. Also you can print to HP ePrint printers and other printers which have supporting apps in Play store.
Redesigned Quick office:
Google has updated its Quick office to create/edit documents, presentations and spreadsheets from any device.
